I knew I wanted to wear a huge fabric flower on my head, so bought one and then thought I'd be able to make something myself...WRONG!
In a panic, I went down to Joyce's gorgeous shop in South Queensferry where she immediately put me at ease and after we had a good laugh, a cup of tea and I had tried on everything in the shop, she sorted everything, including a hairdresser for the day (which i hadnt sorted yet!)
She had to remake part of the flower I had bought and added it to a beautiful vintage headpiece with white feathers close to my head...perfect! I loved it and didn't take it off all day.
Incidentally the hairdresser she put me in touch with, Emma, is now the only person I will have do my hair for life!
